Airflow measurement device - HR-FLM

HR-FLM air volume measuring device is a new product developed and produced by our company. The product adopts the measurement method of same section, equal area and multiple measuring points, adopts plug-in installation, and has the function of automatic ash cleaning and blockage prevention. The device is easy to install, reliable to use and has high measuring accuracy. Main use places: boiler primary and secondary air total air volume and other air volume measurement places.

Working principle

When the measured gas flows, the backrest tube facing the gas flow direction measures the gas "full pressure", the backrest tube carrying the gas flow direction measures the gas "static pressure", multiple backrest tubes are connected in parallel, and the average dynamic pressure differential pressure is obtained. The greater the wind speed and the greater the differential pressure, the higher the air volume. Then the accurate air volume value is calculated.
