Pulverized coal concentration on-line monitoring system -HR-EDM

EDM pulverized coal concentration online measurement system is developed and produced by our company, and obtained utility model patent, widely used in metallurgy, power generation, cement and other industries of gas-solid two-phase flow online measurement. Main places of use: power plant in the pulverized coal pipeline concentration of coal or other dust removal places.

Working principle

Due to the collision and friction between pulverized coal particles and pulverized coal particles and between pulverized coal particles and the inner wall of the pipeline, the pulverized coal particles will be charged and form an electrostatic field during the transportation of the gas-solid two-phase fluid containing dust particles. When the charged coal particles pass through the measuring electrode, the measuring electrode induces positive and negative charges, and the electric charges form current signals in the transfer movement. The size of this AC electrical signal is proportional to the mass content of pulverized coal. The ratio of pulverized coal to air volume (kg/ kg) is measured by further amplifying and calculating the electrical signal.
