Blast furnace intelligent injection system

Our company's intelligent injection system is a one-button intelligent operating system. The coal injection operator only needs to input the coal injection set quantity according to the demand of the blast furnace, and the intelligent injection system will adjust the relevant process control parameters such as charging powder, fluidization, pouring tank, tank pressure of the injection tank, and supplementary gas volume, and can control the fluctuation of the real-time injection rate within the range of the injection set quantity ±5%. The error of the hourly actual coal injection quantity is controlled within the range of ±100KG, so that the coal injection technology level reaches the domestic first-class and international advanced level, which not only saves energy and reduces consumption, but also provides stable and reliable guarantee for the stability and high yield of the blast furnace.

The system includes a main pipe pulverized coal concentration detector. The control unit, the pressure equalizer, the secondary air replenishment part and the system control software are implemented in the PLC room of the coal injection workshop. The main function of the system is to make the pulverized coal continuously and uniformly transported from the coal injection workshop to the blast furnace per unit time during the coal injection period, even if the tank is poured, it can ensure the continuous and uniform pulverized coal, so as to ensure the stability of the lower part of the blast furnace.
