Side Discharge Process Implementation Plan: 


1. The outlet at the top is changed to a side outlet, and the outlet position is moved to the lower part of the conical body of the cyclone. 


2. Increase the outlet fluidizing device for the spraying cylinder, and achieve adjustment of the spraying amount by controlling the cylinder pressure and changing the gas injection rate. 


3. Utilize existing valves and pipelines for tank modification.

Product Features:

The equipment is installed at the bottom of the pulverized coal injection tank, and the gas flows through the fluidization plate to mix evenly with the coal powder on the bed layer, forming a fluidized solid-gas mixture, which avoids the blockage of pipes and nozzles that may occur during long-distance dense-phase transportation. 


The main components of the fluidizer are the fluidizing plates, which are made of high-tech, high-performance stainless steel woven wire mesh using advanced technology. The features of this material are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, long service life, high precision of pore size, uniform airflow distribution, and low pressure loss. 


This equipment has good fluidization effects and stable performance, and is a key equipment for dense-phase conveying. 

It is convenient to adjust the material conveying volume, save conveying gas, and reduce costs. 

There is a drainage outlet at the bottom, which can be used to clean the debris in the fluidizing chamber at any time.

2. Fluidized Bed in Plate Type

The equipment is installed on the bottom of the pulverized coal blowing tank or the internal flow regulator of the coal bin, and the gas flows through the flat bed of the fluidized bed to mix with the coal powder evenly on the bed layer, forming a fluidized solid-gas mixture to prevent coal powder from agglomerating, caking, and arching, making it easier to transport over long distances. 


The flat-bed fluidized bed is made of high-tech, high-performance stainless steel woven wire mesh, which features the following characteristics: high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, great rigidity, long service life, high precision of pore size, uniform gas distribution, and small resistance loss. 


This equipment has good fluidization effects and stable performance, and is a key equipment for dense-phase conveying. 


It is convenient to adjust the material conveying volume, save conveying gas, and reduce costs. 


Flat-bed fluidized bed designs are available in fixed welded or movable (bolted) configurations. 


System Effects 

The modified process has the following advantages compared to the traditional process: 

1.The disadvantages of the outlet material problem can be solved completely, and the continuity of the blowing can be guaranteed. The improvement of the blowing continuity can reduce the large fluctuations in the coal powder volume in the pipeline and make the distribution of coal powder in the pipeline during transportation more uniform. The improvement of continuity and uniformity can not only effectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of coal powder blockage in the coal powder pipeline, but also ensure the stable supply of coal powder required for the blast furnace operation, ensuring stable production and reducing the fluctuations in the operation of the blast furnace, thereby improving production efficiency. 


2. Compared with the outlet discharge, the coal powder injection can be obviously increased in the same working conditions and within the same time. When the increased coal powder amount is clearly visible, the controllability of production is greatly improved. Because the increase in coal powder amount is clearly visible, the coke usage in the blast furnace can also be reduced accordingly. This reduces the coke-coal ratio while not affecting the normal operation of production, and also reduces production costs and improves production efficiency. 


3. The nozzle blowing main pipe is located at the outside, which makes it more convenient to check and maintain the equipment. This reduces the waste of unnecessary time during maintenance and shortens the maintenance time, allowing the planned production time to be advanced, providing more time for production. Not only can the planned production be guaranteed, but more economic value can also be created.

1. Improve the blasting capacity and maintain continuous blasting to ensure normal coal supply to the blast furnace and ensure the normal operation of the blast furnace. 

2. Reduce the impact of the process to keep the blowing error within the specified range.
