Working Principle 

The HR-DS-PC Coal Powder Pipeline Online Purging and Blockage Detection System uses the microwave Doppler principle to monitor coal powder concentration and blockage. Based on the coal powder concentration data monitored by the HR-WDM Micro-Wave Method High-Furnace Coal Injection Online Monitoring Instrument, the system feeds back the data for centralized analysis and processing. 


Working Style 

By installing the HR-WDM type of microwave-based high-furnace coal injection online detection instrument on the coal injection pipeline to monitor the coal concentration in each coal powder pipeline in real time, the system analyzes and processes the data collected by the instrument. When a blockage occurs in the coal powder pipeline, the monitored instrument detects abnormal values, and the cut-off valve and nitrogen blow-off valve installed on the sub-pipeline respond to work, allowing the sub-pipeline to pass through the unblocking gas, achieving the online unblocking function of the coal injection pipeline. At the same time, the site can also set the corresponding time cycle according to the needs, and realize the online gas injection in time, thereby achieving the effect of preventing sub-pipe blockage.
