Working principle
Based on the principle of microwave Doppler, the concentration of pulverized coal and the situation of pipe plugging were monitored. In the process of transmitting and receiving microwave, the emitted microwave passes through the measured medium and causes loss, and the loss is proportional to the measured medium concentration. Due to the velocity of the measured medium, there will be a Doppler shift between the transmitted wave and the received wave, and the greater the microwave loss, the higher the concentration of pulverized coal. Therefore, the flow rate of the medium is calculated, and the influence of the flow rate on the concentration is compensated automatically.
